March 30th: Deadline to get hotel room rate

End of March: Inventory will reach out

April 18th: Inventory is due

April 29th: 6:00-9:00 PM Artist Unload

April 30th: 8:30-11:30 AM Artist Unload

5:30-9:00 PM Show Open

May 1st: 12:00-5:00 PM and 6:00-9:00 PM Show Open

May 2nd: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM Show Open

4:00 - 5:00 PM Show Take Down

VIP Artist Meet and Greet

VIP Artist Meet and Greet

On Thursday, May 1st from 4-5pm, we will be hosting a VIP Artist Meet and Greet under the tent before the show opens.  Our sponsors, past chairs, and interior designers will be invited to enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and conversation with you.  We will also provide boxed dinners for you to enjoy at any time through the night.  At 4:45, you will go to your booths as early access shopping will begin at 5PM for sponsors, past chairs, interior designers, and the Harding community.

Artist can begin loading in after 6:00 pm. No earlier due to activities on campus.

Please enter campus from the Harding Pike driveway entrance and pull to designated "Artist Unload" spot on map.  There will be volunteers in the Artist Unload spot to help you!
