Artist can begin loading in after 6:00 pm. No earlier due to activities on campus.

Please enter campus from the Harding Pike driveway entrance and pull to designated "Artist Unload" spot on map.  There will be volunteers in the Artist Unload spot to help you!

On Thursday, May 1st from 4-5pm, we will be hosting a VIP Artist Meet and Greet under the tent before the show opens.  Our sponsors, past chairs, and interior designers will be invited to enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and conversation with you.  We will also provide boxed dinners for you to enjoy at any time through the night.  At 4:45, you will go to your booths as early access shopping will begin at 5PM for sponsors, past chairs, interior designers, and the Harding community.

Opening Night at the Art Show:

This is a 21 and up event with cocktails and food served.

Harding Community Only 5:00-6:00

Open to the Public 6:00-9:00

All ages welcome 12:00pm -5:00 pm

Public Parking is in the Lower Blue Lot

Friday Night:

Fun family activities, food truck, music, and more

Show closes for the weekend at 4:00 pm

Online sales will continue through until Wed May 7th.
